Si vous ne pouvez plus venir à un cours auquel vous êtes inscrit, il faut impérativement vous désinscrire via le même site et ce au moins 12h avant le début du cours, sinon le cours sera du.

In order to progress in pole dancing faster, Vertical Fit offers complementary courses designed to improve your flexibility, to develop your muscles or your balance. Our exercises are specifically adapted for the practice of pole dancing.
Complementary courses are also open to people who do not practice pole dancing.
